The flight from Minneapolis to Paris was relatively uneventful. Despite being a little bit worried about whether we would have enough of a cushion to drive down to Minneapolis airport early enough, we made it down, returned the rental car and went through security without a hitch. Spent about an hour or so at the gate waiting for the boarding call.
The economy comfort seats on the flight were comfortable enough. However, I ended up with some weird muscular spasms in the lower back the became quite painful when I moved sometimes. Still, I found I could position myself in a way that it didn't constantly bother me. When we arrived in Paris and found our way to the Air France Lounge, there were some painful moments, but a couple of Advil did the trick. The plan was to try and sleep on the plane for the first ride (since we arrived in Paris in the morning) and stay awake on the second flight (since we arrived in Delhi late at night). That didn't work as well as I had hoped, but it wasn't too bad. Napped off and on during the flight.
